When Havana came to us at 12 weeks of age, it was love at first sight. She was a very easy puppy who fit into our house and the rest of our dogs. She was fun and very enjoyable.
Her show career began at 9 months of age. She was Reserve Winner’s Bitch her first show. At the same set of shows she won Winner’s Bitch for 2 majors.
She also was Winner’s Bitch and a Judge’s Award of Merit under respected breeder judge Ken Mathews. Her show career continued with multiple BOS at golden specialties under breeder judges Jeff Pepper and Denise Reel.
At the 2019 GRCA National she was 4th in the Puppy Sweepstakes under Kathy Chase.
She went on to quickly finish her Championship and Grand Championship. A highlight to her show career was the Reserve Best In Show.
Havana finished her Companion Dog title with great nice scores and a High In Trial to boot. She has excelled in Rally and has her Rally advance title. We also put her tricks together for a Trick Novice title.
We continue to work toward her CDX, if that doesn’t pan out Havana loves to hang out, fetch bumpers and squeals with delight.
